The food is tremendous, the nightlife is fun, the people are nice - you'll make a ton of new friends here. 

As most posters have said this gets settled quickly and Cardone will be back flashing his toys & talk on YouTube and trying to attract the young guns who for their part completely missed the bus on a good financial education and are now playing catch up on the wealth food chain hoping that uncle Grant is their ticket to them to Nirvana.

I use private money and it's awesome, but as a newb, getting private money is like trying walk up and pet a wild deer on the head.

If people can't afford to buy food, they don't pass a law requiring grocery stores to give it away free.

Saskatchewan supplies the world with a tremendous amount of food, and I can only see the demand for this land growing as populations grow across the planet over time, which equals more mouths to feed.
