As a Property Manager or Landlord, have you implemented a Resident Benefit Package?

For townhouses and single-family homes, if the owners have a Landlord Package Policy and we are listed as “additional interest”, we are covered.

Beware of syndications that are packaging up existing acquisitions.  

@Joaquin Camarasa - there are no legal issues with respect to discounted rent in exchange for performing work activities the property, nor for including accommodations as part of a compensation package.  

I understand the issue with tenants receiving packages - that does sound annoying and I'm soon to run into the same problem..

Volunteered to help some real estate professionals I heard at a seminar (wanted to learn all I could), and used what I learned to do several large land flips on my own, locating the off-market properties and negotiating with seller; later packaging and marketing them and negotiating sales.
