And for any who think that's just snark, I sh#t you not that happens all the time, I just took 2 property package yesterday exactly that way, exactly yesterday.

We use the same colors, the same carpet, the same trim packages, the same granite, etc (with minor modifications of course).I am not suggesting you, or anyone copy my business model.
