George Utah)- My wife is planning on going to PA school and we plan on making this house a rental (out of town school before 1-2 years) or (local school after 4-5 years) - I've been blessed to transition into a career Construction Management (making 100-110k per year) and am just working on building experience and finishing part-time school (I can be anywhere and not locked down to my area).- Our combined income is around 140k which will drop back when my wife goes to school.- Already investing in company match 401k, building savings, etc.- I plan on using my GI Bill to cover part of her school if possible as the National Guard is covering the rest of my school so there will be BAH on top of income eventually.Other than house hacking now and renting out later is there anything else you would recommend I do until we land another primary residence?

I ran numbers as a mid-term rental (such as for travel nurses using a corp lease platform like Furnished Finder) and it also negatively cash flows at about $200/month.

If I build my lists in house, this would be a one-time fixed expense and my ongoing marketing costs would be limited to direct outreach costs.
