help going to the next level

first thanks to bp for the boat load of knowledge, looking for advice or direction to a trusted professional on what steps i should take next. I am a ex carpenter who became disabled and currently live off of ssdi and a small pension. i have a single family home that has been rented out for 5 years. I paid off the rental. Guess my question may be more for a cpa, my hope was i could get good feedback from the bp community.

My main questions are should i start a LLC, corp etc. losing my ssdi payment and healthcare due to rental\business income is my concern. My goals are to eventually gain financial freedom with real estate and any recommendations on steps to take to gain capital for my next investment. TIA
