From an accounting perspective there is no return until the negative equity position has been recovered making it one of the worse returns on investment.  

There is a neighborhood right off highway 50 heading downtown that is Lyons township so it has an LG mailing address, is located in what one would consider LG, but is not subject to the rules of the city. 

They did not ask us for one tax return, credit report or bank statement.

At one point I had the thought of trying to get into the weeds of the property myself but ultimately decided that it wouldn't be worth it, for me at least.Anyway, the point is that I want it to not look the way it does lol.
