I know a few of these communities near Santa Clarita and the ones coming up north of that .. but you are a bit overconfident of the vacancy rates in new developments.

Hi, I have a rental property in North Park and am looking for a handyman/contractor to do some minor work.

I'm a newby living in Austin looking to do a cash purchase and rehab BRRRR in either North San Antonio or the Killeen-Belton-Temple area for less than 150k.

In fact just north of Bham I was told by two HR experts there just is not enough Males to put in the JOBS and they are having to put Females into non-normal jobs- Welding cited for $19 hourly starting out.

I live in the Texas Hill Country about a hour north of San Antonio.I will be lurking more then posting, also I hope to build some good relationships from these forums. 

Around me (Kansas City), I'd have to spend something north of $150K on a SFR and repairs to get those kinds of rents.I'm also not sure that $4,000 in repairs on a $37,500 house would be enough, but you have better knowledge of the property's condition.

How about further north?..

Just a couple blocks north of Rhodes College, in the Vollantine district but the southern side of Vollantine itself!
