Best BRRRR >150k: North San Antonio or Killeen Temple Area?

Hi Everyone! 

I'm a newby living in Austin looking to do a cash purchase and rehab BRRRR in either North San Antonio or the Killeen-Belton-Temple area for less than 150k. Both areas seem promising but I need to pick one or the other. Looking for 1. cash flow, 2. long-term appreciation, 3. decent renters than can be managed by a PM. Eventually want to build a portfolio of single family rental homes and quit my day job. Live the dream! Haha

Anyone have insight here? Pros and cons? Best bet?

Looking for a great agent as well!

Welcome Cliff! I am not too familiar with the markets in Killeen-Belton-Temple area, but could put you in touch with someone who is! I am in the San Antonio market where we are finding homes that seem to fit your listed criteria. However, if you are  based in the Austin area and newer to the game I would recommend sticking to that market until you are more experienced and able to handle a further market.
