Do you think it's worth $2000 to have a company handle the full tenant onboarding process?

However in the past I've done the majority of the physical labor and have grown weary of this part of the process.

Control over the MLS together with the anxiety that comes from a once in a lifetime huge transaction has allowed them to be.

Comparing the live-in flip approach to refinancing, the former offers the potential for higher profits through sweat equity but demands significant time and effort for renovations and alternative living arrangements during the process.

I have thought of offering them cash for keys, just unsure how that process would work.

I don't know anything about this process as well as California laws which are, im sure, entirely different than the ones in Vermont.

I currently own small multifamily which have been BRRRRs, so I am already very familiar with the BRRRR process.  

@Tom ServerI agree that installing on top would be a huge pain to undercut everything. 

Ive recently started the process of looking for multi properties home in my area but soon come to realize that I would be losing and going into debt if I was to buy.
