I put lithium batteries in 2 houses in November and the battery is still showing 100% today.

Take some equity out and buy 3 more that cash flow they carry all the loans.

There's likely options out there for your refinance when you rehab it (minimum around 50-75k loan amounts).You can find private lenders online or you could possibly meet one at a meetup.

Thank you, those lenders who are willing to work around the rural area situation don't have options for $60k properties, min loan amount is $100k

Don't forget, just like stocks, houses go up in value.  

Because we lived in the house while renovating we had no added carrying costs.
