Our current working plan is to get a steady stream of flips going, to generate income that will enable us to escape the corporate rat race, and to acquire buy-and-holds to build a retirement portfolio.

I will do some of the work, as I did that previously with my previous horse. 

I still recommend I­­t to people I know who are stuck in that rat race mentality.

IMHO the franchise model works better because it keeps everything local while still providing the needed online marketing in today's SEO race.
