Otherwise they already have a relationship with a broker and you'll be interfering with that agent/broker's relationship. :) 

Any advice for what benefits a wholesaler can offer an agent to make the relationship mutually beneficial?

My thought is to just keep them in the property to start the tenant/landlord relationship off in a good way rather than having to deal with menial repair work. 

Sellers may want to use that specific title company because they have lower fees or because they have a relationship with them and know the process will go faster.

Now my kids are grown, I am in the industry, and I want to get serious about it.My goals for this group are to network with like minded individuals, develop some great relationships, offer my services as a property manager and realtor to those who would benefit from my services, and hopefully find someone who would be willing to be a mentor someone like me in a mutually beneficial relationship.I look forward to the opportunity to plug into the knowledge and support of this community! 

The county has to notify any mortgage companies of the pending tax sale and if they choose to do nothing then when the tax deed is issued the mortgage is wiped out.Pretty much the only liens that would be senior to a tax lien is a IRS or State income tax lien.All other liens are wiped out when the higher priority tax Deed is issued.I also have a good working relationship with my county officials.

By being able to help out in this way, I'm able to build relationships that can possible lead to other opportunities.I'm sure you'll find ways to invest that $10,000.

Money is not the answer in this case, so I would try to build relationship with the brother who has the most interest in the property.
