If the answer for point 3 is no, should I hire a translation service to professionally translate the 30-day notice to ensure the translation is accurate and will be seen as valid in court (if it comes to that)?

That means that either 1) they don’t carry workers comp for “their” employees or 2) they hire handymen with no insurance. 

From flips you can move to BRRRRs and apply what you already know from your flipping experience and add the new dimensions of learning the rental and property management side of investing.If you're not handy (no shame in that) or don't have much time on your hands, it may be best to stick to turn-key buy and hold investments in single family, and hiring out property management. 

Do that on your own or hire someone you trust to do that for you.  

Or a cousin just got his contractor license, your going to automatically hire him for anything and everything on your home right, just like that?

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

You can make money self-managing and you can make money hiring a property manager.
