But, bc of the exact risk you mentioned my attorney is looking at my association docs to see if we can tweak them to officially document that the "association fee" will be paid monthly and the dollar value will be equal to the master policy but that all other major expenses would be split 50/50.

With their mess they were in with the county we walked.Had they been willing to negotiate we would have called in an engineer to see how to make it safe/official/pass code and inspections.My advice is to call in the pros for this one.

Can you ask the applicant or tenant for a letter from a health professional stating the dog is essential if the disability is not evident, or would just asking for proof be a violation?
