Instantly and I took actions and got rid of all my Greedy liabilities that did not need, like my brand new GMC $700 a month beautiful metallic dark green 7" inch lifted truck ,fyi that was a tough one to let go 😂 but Life doesn't always talk to you it just sort of pushes you around and with each push is life saying WAKE UP!!!.....

I am green in MultiFamily but have consumed my fair share of books to build my knowledge base.

We do a lot of LEED and other "green" projects that are very glazing heavy.

We have not done the refi yet but after I showed my wife the numbers, and the properties we already own that generate that kind of return on that kind of investment, I got a green light.
