I target working class hoods in Grand Prairie, Arlington, Fort Worth and Haltom city.

In the grand scheme of things, obtaining an extra $7,000 per month is extremely obtainable.

One tenant (Tenant A.) is perfectly fine, the other two (I'll call them tenant's B and C, they also happen to be the grand kids of the seller and ) have been a little trouble.

Estate Attorney shouldn't be more than a couple grand.

Where is the property located, North McAllen vs Rio Grande city, what type of property do you have, A,B,C (A would have better tenants than C's generally).
