Furnished Finder, Sublet.com, and PadSplit are all sites that allow room rentals.

We updated the kitchen with granite and tongue and groove walls and updated all the furnishings.

When purchasing a vacant LTR, do you furnish the house for renters?

I am considering furnishing one of our long-term rentals in the Old Louisville area and marketing it to mid-term renters instead (30+ days).

FullThis past week during a furnish and design project, an out of state investor client was considering switching an STR bedroom to 2 twins v. full to increase the number of "heads/bed". 

Some have made MTRs work but those are furnished, executive rentals or furnished rentals to visiting professors through CU.Sure there are towns that have less restrictions.

I know my neighbors have made several thousand per day for filming just the outside of their property and have heard of some neighbors making $10K-$15K a day for interior rental, but these are $2+ million dollar homes.Having read stories about porn companies renting houses, they generally want very nice houses that are furnished and have a secluded backyard and they will rent them for a month and shoot several movies there.
