My fundamental analysis hasn't changed - a lack of sellers shown in inventory and new listings has constrained supply and continues to boost prices.

The LLC's or a web of them depending on the complexity of your holdings are primarily used to silo your assets and limit an inside attack to the specific property and away from your personal assets. n addition, it could limit an outside attack from getting to your LLC.
