You can fight with the bank over it all you want.Google The NY Times article on Zelle- it was meant to scare people off of the platform, but I found it to be very reassuring.Make no mistake- I love Cozy, and what it offers- but Zelle and Venmo are just a better system for collecting rent if you have good tenants.

What I meant by ‘no,’ is that in my state, the cost of title insurance gets picked up by seller, so the way my lawyer worded it in our contract made it more of a tranfer (from seller to buyer) than an acquisition.

This is not meant to be a personal slight to agents, but it is absolutely a dying career field...maybe 20 years instead of 10.
