The cops have been out to the property for disputes and I just found out there was recently a fight where one of the tenants guests hit another guest over the head with a brick amongst other fighting and the cops had to tase these people.

I am sure if you dig enough you could find a local independent portfolio lender that would have longer terms but I decided to not fight that battle which comes with more restrictive guidelines and chances of drying up.

@Justin Elliott you can self certify to 8% but how I read the law it is not guaranteed to be allowed and the tenant(s) can fight it as well.
