So instead of purchasing materials with cash, you can put them on credit and with small monthly payments, you can push off paying until your rehab sells (as long as it sells within the timeframe allotted).

Its a commercial grade type of product which has a faux look of wood, tile, bamboo or any # of materials, you'll see this in grocery stores, commercial buildings and a lot of newer residential homes in Wichita.

That is, if you know the address, the material information (e.g. bedroom / bathroom count, year built), and the estimated repair cost, you should be able to do rough comps in your head, without pulling MLS data!
