For the most part, the material is not hard it just takes a lot of time.

So instead of purchasing materials with cash, you can put them on credit and with small monthly payments, you can push off paying until your rehab sells (as long as it sells within the timeframe allotted).

Not done it myself but the local MHP supply store will have the material and talk you through it.

Its a commercial grade type of product which has a faux look of wood, tile, bamboo or any # of materials, you'll see this in grocery stores, commercial buildings and a lot of newer residential homes in Wichita.  

You can't ask for a trial unless there is a controversy of material fact.  

That is, if you know the address, the material information (e.g. bedroom / bathroom count, year built), and the estimated repair cost, you should be able to do rough comps in your head, without pulling MLS data!
