Rentals are not considered business, its a passive income, correct?

I am looking for recommendations for a good person to consult with on RE business entity structure in the DFW area.

There's no reason to lie, just tell them how hard you will work for their business and your goal is to get them to refer you to all of their family and friends.

For a 3 unit building with one unit as a commercial space/retail space I would use either a 7 or 10% vacancy factor and perhaps higher depending on the viability/business strength of the restaurant.

I asked her after week one if she received my lease and she said she did but she was busy.
