Handwritten letters to get listings

Hey,

I have had luck in the past with sending out handwritten letters to potential buyers. I hate the golden letter approach "I have a buyer that wants to buy your house, etc." I know a lot of agents will use this without having a buyer.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a template that is effective and reduces the need to lie on the letter.

Thanks!
