I’m hoping to get a higher rate once I switch to Batch Skip Tracing.I guess they found a way to certify customer calls in the Shaken/Stir protocol at the highest possible trust value - virtually eliminating all spam tagging and call blocking.Wondering if that’s what they did.

I tend to agree with @Andrew Syrios, it's not good practice to adhere too tightly to 1% or 2% rules, however I do think they're good for sweeping through a large list of potential properties and eliminating ones that just won't pencil out.
