If you asked a seller that now and also in an especially hot market they might just say "ok, next.." but I'm just putting it out there since i dont know how motivated this seller is or what their situation is.

My realtor was highly responsive and knowledgeable and I was motivated.

They are not motivated to work with you.

Ay best the selling to someone I know will love the property is only a secondary motive, although overwhelmingly it’s a marketing tool to make the buyer feel “special”.3.

Selfish motives unfortunately when doing the right thing is always the right thing and it pays in the long run.

This would also be without garage.If you stay below 750' there are no impact fees which can save some money but I would not let it be a primary motivator.  

I didn't make much money at all but it motivated me to invest right out of college and it's paid off. 

Motivation style is different but I get it, I get it! 

It will sound like heresy to some on here who worship the ground Robert Kyosaki walks on, but Rich Dad Poor Dad is 95% motivational fluff. 

I really want to rent to them because they are a clean young motivated family and the woman is very OCD with cleanliness.
