I currently live in a mobile home, this thing hadn't seen a single renovation when I bought it, ICBC is now insisting I do some upgrades or they wont insure it anymore.

I made a terrible mistake on my first investment I brought a four Plex which I found out after the deal the other three were unpermitted should I upgrade the unpermitted property and raise the rent or hold it for a year and sell it to get out of it please help

I put solar on my hot tub, but had an old DVR camera system I am upgrading to the new ring style equipment. 

We accounted for the necessary updates/upgrades in our offer, but not for mitigating for asbestos.

I do not for see any outstanding appreciation anytime soon.The only way appreciation would happen is upgrading of current housing stock.

Upgrading from a single speed, low efficient blower to a variable speed blower also sounds like it will put less load on the system which may also increase the life of my electrical system.

Everything from interior remodeling to new service upgrades.

I'm just looking to upgrade from SFRs into a property that cash flows.

We improved on the layout and upgraded all the major things...roof, kitchen, bathrooms, created a laundry room.
