It also looks like I am lucky to be able to “leapfrog” over all of the complicated sales-agent stuff which is not of interest to me at all.

For me, all important stuff is done on-line, bills on auto-pay mostly.

The stuff he wrote about in 2010 is happening in 2019 and 2020. 

That is probably not the case with amusement parks or densely populated city destinations.

Keep in mind its software on wheels heck it does so much computer stuff that I dont even scratch the surface of what it can dowhen I am charging I can pull up the internet and do emails and read BP  or watch net flix like I said  or any other number of things. 

Don't show up without knowing stuff like what school zones the property is in, HOA details and contact info, sewer or septic details, flood zone, and if it's in a city or county.

I was wanting to check with the BP people for ideas on stuff we didn't think of.

Now, a lot of them have slowed down due to the corona virus stuff going on, but there are still good options out there.

I skip over a lot of good stuff in the process.
