I would love to look for my team perhaps through these forums, and I'd love to fly out and check out the neighborhoods.

I would have jumped on them if I had a team together but I've only been in the area for a year.I'd like to get in to a duplex house hack but those on the market won't cash flow. 

Being new you want to use the credibility of your power team.

My goal is to have a list of all of these roles and then begin to start networking in my local community so that I can find the right team or resources to leverage further down the line.Any and all help is much appreciated!

If there is another fire sale, the investors who have the money, experience, teams, and credibility are going to be buying up everything they can.

I have done this myself.however you have to assemble a great team and work It backwardsand you need a ton of up front due diligence.. 

The team you choose to work with will either make or break your investment.
