I tried developing several applications with actual calendars, but the tiny squares with the Day Numbers was too small for data entry and to see exactly what your task (or multiple tasks) for any specific day required the used to click on each date.

@James HamlingI told my friend he should set the rent 10-20% above market with a 10-20% discount for paying before the due date.

As it is right now, there’s no foreclosure date right now but the process has started.
