I don't think anything you said is inaccurate.

Ultimately I don't think there is a way...most small rentals operate in a manner where they pass through to your personal return.

It's set to open in 2026 - I think that will be big for that area and short-term rentals.

What do.you think of these two areas?

I think the better question is, HOW do you make it work? 

I use a "mailing station" location.......I think Fed ex and Ups allow those too.

I’m a new investor, currently living and thinking of investing in Austin.
