There are so many lovely lakes, rivers and streams I think I will still have my water fix satisfied ;-)

To better explain my situation, I'm planning to move to another country where I have a few job offers, but the pay is sporadic so I'd like to establish something constant here before I leave. 

My CPA and advisors have told me that it's imperative I switch my income stream and I'm laser focused on doing so now.

All the best property management company can do is manage the constant churn of tenants and damage repair with each vacancy.

Whenever you look at the annual lists for top 10 cities to invest in the country, Orlando constantly on the list, along with the Miami area and a couple other Fl areas I may be forgetting.

Gotta keep the income stream up, even if it's a little less efficient.  

Absolutely, but it seems silly to cut off a stream of income for a short term gain.

Having low maintenance landscaping is also important, as most tenants would rather not have to worry about watering and trimming a bunch of different plants and shrubs constantly.
