My active work in the real estate is now focused around coaching others, investing in other peoples deals, doing a little private lending, and optimizing my remaining STR

Some of us (myself included), have a lot to learn from seasoned investors and people like Coach Carson, who, I believe, has thoughtful, valuable content that gets to the heart of the matter, especially for us newbies: lifestyle design and freedom to do what matters. 

But...A local investor here took the RD course ($1500) and also hired a coach and regrets it.

For fun, I'm currently coaching both of my sons' youth baseball teams.I've been investing in stocks and mutual funds for over 10 years but I'm completely new to real estate investing.  

It's safe to assume when the tenant(s) find out the property sold they will need coaching.

My take on coaching is that you try to find someone doing what you want to become.

Meaning you can’t get more than 10 percent....Some states may not have enough surplus funds.The ones that do have a lot is New York and California.Now I am not a guru, I haven’t done surplus fund searches.I prefer personally learning and coaching about multi family commercial REI inter mixed with wholesailing  commercial multi family apartment buildings... 

I have struck up a relationship with him so I am getting some coaching.

Outside of real estate, I have spent the last 10 years as an executive in startup technology companies and am currently working on launching an executive coaching practice.
