In my experience, Jonathan can take RDU Broker to a recommendable level by: (1) Investing in client expectation setting; (2) Setting resident/property check-ins on regular intervals & after critical weather; (3) Moving the self-service portal to more frequent updates.In the beginning, I hoped to experience a great relationship with RDU Broker.

She didn’t call back.Long story short I call back today and find out the homeowner has been leaning toward selling since the property hasn’t rented (needs updating) but they received a rental app yesterday :)The original homes are comping at $250K-$300K with updated homes nextdoor comping at $575-$675.The agent said she would present the offer to her client, but she thinks he’s leaning heavily toward renting it another year and will allow him to pay some debt.Do you know of a creative approach to tie up the property now and make it a win/win..?

I'd argue that that particular real estate agent probably calls Brandon first, before any of his/her other clients to give him a chance at the hot lead before telling anyone else about it. 

The area has to be able to support the change in class or you'll ruin your investment.

I have had clients that were very happy with his work.  

I have it listed at $230k, which I honestly think is kind of high, but I also feel that it's supported by...-310 S.
