If you can't handle six, you can't work with hundreds and you'll get 100% of -0- deals. 

It beats the 1% rule that I use in my FL market, it is at 1.4% and I will make a few hundred while getting to live in the biggest unit and renting out the other two.

I don't think it would be a major negotiating point unless this is really large tree it should only be a few hundred dollars to remove.

There are cabinet warehouses in most metros in my opinion, don't google custom cabinets, they will be more expensive.
