I'm looking to meet some REAs, CPA's, lawyers and other investors both young and young at heart nearby to possibly build relationships and learn/gain insight.

But I did nearly have a heart attack lol.

I love learning from the people who have come before me and I know in my heart that many different roads can lead to Financial Freedom.

I am still watching our daughter but also working on getting my real estate business going, but I am an entrepreneur at heart and am looking to get back into investing with an eye toward flipping houses.  

Run, run, run until one day you have a heart attack and die.  

You guys just gave me a boost of motivation to hit my goal of closing on my first deal next year!

Don't let your heart burn you.

Instead of just finding a contract and using it, I strongly suggest everyone do the same so that if a potential lead was to ask you a question, you will know the answer in a heart beat.
