Hello everyone , my name is John Donahue, I grew up and still live in Orange County, Ca. I have owned rental properties in the past but for the last five years I have only owned the home we live in(which was a rental that we rehabbed and moved into). I owned part of and ran our family business(Zippy Lube-A-Truck, which is a quick lube for big rigs) up until about 10 years ago and have been a stay at home dad for the past 8 years. I got my Real Estate license at the beginning of this year. I am still watching our daughter but also working on getting my real estate business going, but I am an entrepreneur at heart and am looking to get back into investing with an eye toward flipping houses.  I have a pretty good base of knowledge, but still have a ton to learn so I am excited about being a part of this community.
