While I live about an hour southwest of Asheville in a small town we occassionally will travel to work projects in the "big city".  

How is the project going?

So basically, moving forward, I have a new house.  

The cold callers and acquisition manager was on an hourly, but it was basically they did everything for you.

Currently working in a corporate as a Project Manager, and an aspiring real estate investor.

(I may try to subdivide them from the park)All of the numbers come down to me getting the park portion at basically no cost.

It would be difficult to provide a reasonable amount for annual repairs without knowing the size or unit count of the building, but I know if you had to renovate a unit or the building, the investors I work with use $120-150/sqft depending on the extension of the renovation project and how high-end finishes you would use.

with a Sept 24 closing date what rates are today are basically irrelevant.

I'll definitly keep it in mind for future projects: for a flip, my personal home or rooms that don't have plumbing even in a rental property I think Outlast+ is an great option.
