All straight runs are basic, it is the protrusions that leak if not done right.

Hey Everybody,This is kind of a back-to-basics discussion here but I've seen a lot of variation in how much everyone is allocating for repairs/CapEx/both.

Actually i heard about couple of ways that make sense to me:-buy a single family fix it rent it kind of 8-10% net profit , is it something special or kind of basic at the u.s?
