After looking at Appfolio and couple of other softwares to manage my properties, I came to the conclusion that they're too over complicated for my needs.

@Craig McLaughlinA tax software such as turbo tax is great if your tax return is simple(W-2 and a couple of interest/dividend accounts.It is normally best to reach out to an accountant once you have a rental property.

I get tempted while seeing those adds/people.Same with youtube automation ( take free music and pics and make videos/motivation speeches and so on ) but it feels wrong to take avantage of other peoples work eventho it's free.Yes, long term, that's the plan.

@Daniel Ordonez Consider using software to manage the "paper trials".

You can download and app or software for this and it is very cheap.
