Hey guys, I need a little advice. After looking at Appfolio and couple of other softwares to manage my properties,

I came to the conclusion that they're too over complicated for my needs. I created my own software and I was hoping you could try it out

and see if you actually like it. I'm offering a promotion for the next 60 days to try out and use my site for FREE for life.

I just wanted to hear your feedback since it's in the works.

I'm looking for all criticism to make sure that it runs well for everyone's needs, so let me know if anything should be added.
