Also, in your response, let me know if you have used only the one you recommend or if you have used multiple, or even if you have a friend/colleague who uses a different software and has given you a review on that particular software.Pricing is always important, but functionality/usability is more important.I am trying to get up and running by June 2020.

It's not guaranteed they will always have what you are looking for but once they come across something, particularly off market, you can make it where you are the first one they will call especially if you show them you can perform on the close.When I first got started in brokerage, I found out which investors were the serious buyers quickly after sending great deals and they would snatch it up right away.

I've been able to earn more than my day job with passive cash flow (yes, it was truly passive after 3 years of streamlining) & sold for multiples more for significant appreciation in just a few years in C/D areas, so yes they were definitely "worth it" to me for my particular point in life/financial state/time flexibility/risk tolerance/naivite.
