I think we would also agree that many if not most contractors have little to no exempt assets to attach even if a judgement is obtained

I currently have a house attached with an additional lot in San Antonio. the house is lot 15 with its own physical address and the lot is lot 14 but with no address.

The one at the higher price has an attached single car garage and is on a cul de sac which will increase the price.
