A realtor or an attorney should be on your side and assist with writing up your purchase offer contract containing all of the basic terms of the seller financing agreed terms to have your interests in mind.

I did call them to ask questions, and one thing I did not really like, was the fact thatthey said they will not guarantee funding, and that is fine however they do not have any preferred funding sources that they would assist us with.

It's not restricted to low income tenants, or even Section 8 tenants, although those types (along with other forms of rental assisted tenants) seem to have that attitude down to a science.Some live for drama.

I don't have the expertise or the education to assist you on this, but my guess is you will be shocked with the response. 

I am struggling with this now because I took a new position as an assistant property manager to gain more experience but at a pay cut.
