Luckily, I have some good neighbors who I'll be able to call on when certain things need fixed or if an issue arises, and I have some good friends out here who I plan on having help me with my rental.

They offer no insurance on any title work and they just go by volume and don't worry about the small amounts of issues like this that do arise.
