So, we're only about a week behind real time at this point -- I've been trying to catch up to real time by the time the interesting stuff starts...We anticipated 8-12 weeks for construction once we broke ground, so we're probably about that far from completion right now (sometime in September).

Prices have been going up steadily for a few years; however, I anticipate it will continue for quite a while as every other city surrounding Boston already costs significantly more. 

In my area I think real estate has gotten way overpriced and I anticipate the market to reverse downward, which is one reason I'm looking to sell and get out of real estate for a short time, to then buy back at lower prices.

I feel good about the sponsors I am with and the asset class and locations so I anticipate the investments will be fine.

Huge supply growth, huge anticipation of inbound migration that I think, frankly, is overly optimistic), and rising costs, due in part to climate change, do not bode well for these areas.

My partner owns a couple in the Smoky mountains and they obviously perform very well, but we do anticipate that the BR cabin will do quite well, too.
