Hi Sarah,I have a US CPA that is experienced with foreign nationals. 

there was a very famous case in San Francisco 20 plus years ago.. where 2 of those dogs attacked a young women in the elevator while the owner was trying to restrain them.. and the dogs killed the young women.. and I believe the owners were also attorneys of some repute . 

The tenant has over locations across the nation - so is a very established tenant.
