@Jesse Edwards, I was just thinking, based on your original post, you should be talking with the building department to understand if there are any nuances in your jurisdiction.  

The software I'm working with is great. automation, lead gen, literally all-in-one easy to use. but it's been a hard couple of months, I'm just trying to see any cheaper alternatives.
