I have a hard time selling it , and it sits on the Market for months on end, and I end up eating the Bill.I understand that I can Rent it out , but I'm using Private $ , so the Backer will of course won't their$ back + the $ we agree upon once it sells.But if I can't sell it , then i'm stuckAny and all insight , tips and advice is much appreciated

They're safe, easy to understand, and not reliant on external economic factors. 

At this point, the $250/month isn't going to help or hurt me, so I feel that it is better used this way.I do understand the risk involved with the Owner, however, he is an attorney also and a long standing client of mine, so there is a good level of trust between us.

Like many questions that appear at BP, Ronald did the right thing by asking a follow up clarification question.As I understand the question, you, Dave, were asking about park availability.First, while the numbers are nowhere near what they used to be when I first started, developers are building new parks that will at some point be on the market.Second, there are over a thousand parks on the market right now.

@Marcus Jones I understand your sense of urgency.

It's my understanding that I go to the civil court on 5th Street and file.

Understand what apartment units are moving and what's not; and are there opportunities that may have been over looked.  

The problem is that they want you to pay for every contract, which is understandable.
