I have seriously considered buying leads, and after a fair amount of research, I was really leaning towards "Bold Leads".

Also from my research it seems like 40% expense ratio seems average.

After I research, I found out option 2 does not provide me with any protection.

We did some research on the vacancy rate in Waco and found that it was relatively high which is worrisome.

Do your research regarding your state/local laws first.

I've researched the various protest methods and concluded there's a signficant gap between what the county valued my property at and what I valued it at using the income method. 

I am starting my research into note investing.
