Homelessness has nothing to do with if an area is good or not..there are homeless people everywhere sad as it is to say. then you never said you followed a homeless guy into the woods you said a homeless guy told you where some homes were..I would say that is a smart move, I see many post on this platform that there are no deals..that would mean that they know about homes in all neighborhoods in their market.

After looking through them, come back to Biggerpockets and use the search bar to search for the specific software platforms you are interested it.Once you narrow it down to your top 2-3 choices, sign up for an account and test them out.

Have you already invested in real estate on the platform like RealT?

The city of Colorado Springs (or most any city like Denver or elsewhere) doesn't care what platform you use to obtain these less-than-30-day guests (Airbnb, VRBO, newspaper classified, coffee shop flyer); they care that you rent your house or room for less than 30 days. 

I would love to use this platform to connect with someone who shares the same interests and goals as I since my current circle of family and friends aren't as passionate as I am.

I offered to help her find a replacement (sent her pictures of the property, got her set up on different platforms to find someone to take over her lease etc.).
